Underground parking Garage- concrete repairs -1950 Kennedy Road, Scarborough. ON

The work is Building Science Project – Evaluation of the existing condition of and underground parking garage. Visually checked the soundness and the durability of the conditions of columns and shear walls.

Also James involved in the new development of the outside parking. He met planners and mangers at the city of Toronto to expand the number of parking lots

Soil Investigation report and bearing capacity for 4 Million House at 40 Tottenham Street, North York, ON

Also the work was to do the Soil classification.

Full assessment and estimation for the construction of a new house at 468 Metron Street, East York, ON

Estimation for a new building for a home. Total area 3,050 Sq. Ft. Estimated building cost $525,000.00. Standard building with some upgrade. 2 parking garages. 3 ½ washrooms.

Full Environmental Site Assessment – Phase –I and Phase-II with at 316 Waterloo Ave., Guelph, ON to support the record of site condition (RSC). Report to MOE. Drilling, tagging samples. Laboratory

Environmental Site assessment with a report to the city of Toronto and CIBC Bank for the property located at 610 Danforth road. The work included drilling and sampling for any industrial – contamination

James was trained to:

prepare the engineering reports
Dealing with the city officials, planners and building permit departments
Organizing and sorting the engineering findings
Help in the environmental assessments prepared for the Ministry of Environment and other authorities.
